Refund and Returns Policy

At Calmtop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached).

  • In the original packaging.

  • Not a final sale or non-returnable item (as outlined below).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” during checkout

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@calmtop.xyz or through our Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

  3. We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it’s not properly tracked.

  • The product must be returned to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your card provider.

  • PayPal refunds may be processed immediately but can take a few days to appear in your PayPal account.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with returning the defective product and either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return for a refund once the item is delivered.

8. Refunds on Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in shipping.
